I really like the movement of those in the background, but your sister needs to be in more of the shot - she looks like she is cut in half! Also, the date stamp really needs to go. Cloning could possibly sort this but it looks like it would be a difficult job. Finally, I think you need to lose the bright-white lights on the left. They are blown out and distract from the rest of the picture (the eye is drawn to the lightest part of an image). Hope this helps.
