any one know the best save for web i can save so i get better glow light's without the resolution around them being not to good, so they look high res and not to pixled.

Its not the resolution that's lacking, it's the 256 color limitation of the GIF format...

Your best alternative would be to use flash if it's for web usage...

the forum that i post on can't have flash on the post's so i had to do a animated gif, is the quailty because 256 colour like you said is there anyway i can improve the quality swish max i'm finding easy to use but finding cs3 flash hard to use and learn.

There's no way to increase the 256 color limitation... so without reducing the number of colors elsewhere, your gradients are going to suffer.

If your forum won't allow flash, i'm sorry, theres nothing you can do... flash and swish are the same once compiled... just different editors. Flash of course is much more sophisticated then Swish and by nature has an element of complexity to it... thus the reason Swish has been so successful.

There are probably tools out there to convert multiple images to SWF format... in which case you could probably use .JPG's...
