thank you. I wasn't sure if the "reflection" looked real enough.
this was my first time using the liquify tool. it took a while to match the contour of the fender so that i could warp the photo of the homeless man i googled so that i looked like it was actually reflected on the paint. speaking of the homeless man, this is a link to where i got the pic from google.
