The penguin and the copyright doesn't fit to the image. Otherwise I like it a lot. I would've left the text out of it too but I guess you're using it somewhere where you need it. You should consider less visible copyright notice... that one kinda ruins all the images. Good job anyways.

I agree with Telos about the copyright and penguin. A simple fix could be to turn the opacity down to like 27% or slightly lower. After that I would apply a Noise filter with these settings: Amount - 5.45, Distribution - Gaussian, Monochromatic. That filter along with the opacity would give the penguin more of a watermark effect without seeming out of place.
