Description: This was rejected by an art director in what may turn out to be a very plain version of the same. I suppose it's too risky for this person to take a risk and get out of the box this much.

I think one of the problems he has it that the acronym C.L.I.M.B. is not spelled out down the left side of the text box . . . I don't know, but wouldn't it be redundant if it did?

I really like this logo. I understand the concern for the acronym, but I agree with you that it would be redundant. Plus, it might look odd if that block of text was one line longer. And would you stretch out the word "long"? If so, it would draw your eye to it and it would compete with C.L.I.M.B.

Unfortunately, I do not have any suggestions at the moment, but I'm sure you'll come up with something great... you always have wonderful logos to post. Please post the final version too! I'm interested to see how it turned out.

The little guy even has a helmet on! Genius!

Well, I had no idea what this was about when I first saw it. Then I read the climb...read what was below it and I had to for a second, connect the words to the above letters which then brought me back and forth between the two and I think...made it stick more in my mind. If it was done the way they wanted I'm not sure I would have stopped to figure it out and it might not have stuck in my mind as much. Does that make sense? Personally I really like it. I think it does the job even if I can't explain clearly what I mean.
