I took this shot this morning in Harvard Massachusetts.
I shot it with the Orton effect in mind. New England has a wealth of subject matter to shoot, compared to Florida. I've been without a camera for about a year, and going through some serious withdrawal. Just got my new/used Olympus E10 yesterday, this is one of the results.
Awesome! I went through a near year of camera withdraw and it was aweful! Congrats on the new camera! The worst part is that I remember most of my life through photographs so theres a big chunk missing or my life. Can you show the before picture? I'm still trying to understand the effects.
It looked to soft for me until I realized it hadn't full loaded, so I waited, and woila, it was great. There are soft and there are sharp, just like what's supposed to be. Orton really brings out stuff, and this shot was good for it. Nice.
