This is my cousin, Leo. A few years ago, he was the victim of a fatal hit-and-run by a drunk driver. I've started working on a project, for his mom, where several photos of him, growing up, are being morphed from one to the next and the whole thing will be set to music - kind of a tribute to him.
Along the way, I got the idea to have him morph into a lion, because of his name, and figured it would look better if he morphed into an 'anthro' version of himself, first, then from that into the lion, so I set out to make it.
This shows the before and after pics for this set of morphs, as well as the 'anthro' version . The face was made entirely from parts of the lion photo using PhotoShop.

Sorry to hear about your cousin, but ace work! Reminds me of Narnia, and not in a bad way.
