I like the nostalgic feeling of this one... however I think the big building may be a bit too centered... pushing it to the left or right a bit would have added a bit of interest to the composition I think. Also the dirt o nthe ground seems to have picked up a bit too much magenta but that could be my monitor.

I agree with synthetic, the lower half of the image and the roofline a the chimney have a bit too much magenta. Try masking them off with an adjustment layer to tweak just those areas, because the rest of the image is very strong. Gotta love the textures on those older buildings.

I agree with synthetic that the picture is too centered. Using the rule of "thirds" makes for a better picture.

Regarless, I still find the photo interesting.
