i really like the way you angled this one wolly. i would be inclined to tilt it slightly so that the paraboarding fellow and his chute and lines are horizontal instead of pointing downward. the angle gives a unique perspective to the shot almost making it look more windy. but i again would think that a true horizontal would increase the dramatic impact.
(but thats just my opinion, youre the photographer. ill let you decide what you want)

Thanks for the comments supertackyman , this was taken at the last second so i tilted the camera to get him all in , but i will try what you said and see what it looks like.
