Going For A Paddle

Description: I almost consigned this image to the bin, since it wasn't as sharp as I'd have liked, but I decided to have a play around with it in PS anyway and I'm reasonably pleased with the result - a bit impressionistic, I think.
This was another shot from Blackpool, taken in the teeth of a gale and the threat of an imminent rainstorm. I like to think the woman in the photo was thinking "I'm here on holiday, dammit! I WILL go paddling in the sea!"

OK guys - thanks for the comments. I'll see what I can do about making this into another postcard.

OK I've done it - continuing the "Everyday Is Like Sunday" theme. I thought I'd replace the original rather than clutter the Gallery with another image.

Hehe, nice!

I indeed think that was what she had in mind when she dared to venture into the sea that day

Re: Going For A Paddle

excellent. another tagline could have been
"Sun, Sea & Sand, well 2 out of 3 aint bad"
or
"come on in, the water's lovely"
