I made this for my friend Phoebe who's exhibition "Nation" is part of the Free For Arts Festival in Manchester: http://www.freeforartsfestival.co.uk/#/nation/4535231238
She's been finding some difficulty in getting permission to display her flags from the owners of some of the premises, so it might be a case of "going guerrilla" and putting them up outside empty buildings and on waste ground. |
