This is great! looks like it is made in Painter?
I like the composition as well as the painting, all though the background colour might be a bit to strong to me, but that's just a matter of taste I guess.

Painted in Corel Painter and Photoshop .

The background is rather ' plain ' to make a contrast with the bouquet . But , on the other hand I did not want it to be too ' flat ' ;
hence the slight strokes to add a bit of life and movement ...

But this was just my choice ;
many other solutions were possible ...
