Description: thats right folks, i would now call this thing finish, it took about 7 hours of modelling and an extra 3 hours for texturing and lighting overall i think i shall leave blender alone (i will do some tutorials) but i shall save my pennies for lightwave 8.

cheers man, alot of work went into it. I couldve probably made this in half the time in realsoft but yafray is a kick ass render engine.

Expect some more tutorials on blender soonish.

Excellent modelling, but the materials do not really make it feel like a commercial product to me. You perhaps need to make it a little more bevelled around the edges, use a metallic hue, and... most of all... add a logo. Still, its a great model. Can't wait to see your next project!
