What can I say but.... WOW? I *ADORE* the supreme level of sharpness in this image - it brings out the full glory of my LCD monitor's clarity, and looks utterly beautiful. Just as a few general tweaks, though, you may want to reconsider that gaseous thing in the top left - it shows a green that is not in the rest of the image and stands out badly. Also you might want to lower the reflection opacity of the moon/planet a little in the water - its a tad too strong at the moment.

Well, apart from those minor points, this is a great image. Your skillz are coming along well m8!

I'm quesing its a teragen photoshop mix done well. You should maybe try if you have another go, to have blue skies all the way up including around the planet hwich would give it a sureal look and would be pretty cool

Mog - decreased the opacity on the planet reflection and the green glowy thing by the star.
