Its an OK image, but the flash from your camera really kills the tones in the image, and it looks especially bad against that sumptous background. The overall effect makes the girl look like a 'cut-out', which i'm sure isn't the effect that you wanted... :/

Bub, the colors of the sunset and their reflection on the beach are incredibly beautiful. I like that Tiger is barefoot and reaching for the water....definately captured a beautiful moment with her. Moving the horizon line up or down a little (depending if you want more sky or more reflection of Tiger) instead of through the center of the picture and composing the shot where Tiger is positioned to the left in the frame (rule of thirds) would help make the picture more pleasing visually. I also like that you got down on the same level as Tiger when you took the picture, it makes the moment feel more intimate.
