I love the composition and flow of this. My only critique would be in the choice of color for the magenta (it strains my eyes the way it clashes with the rest of the image), and the white in the center hair strand (I assume that is what that represents) is too bright. It draws attention away from everything else.

I love the blue/grey color scheme though.

I must agree with stiney about the color of the font ,but i think the white isn't that distracting. So i would change the color of the font to something that fits the color scheme better!!
For the rest great work, i like the motion it has and the colors you used.
