Nice shot. I like this type of seaside picture. End of season, no one milling about, quite and serene. Actually a nice time to be there in person for all the same reasons. Tide is out, shadows are long, early evening? How is it in color?

Actually, it was early morning, but the quality of light was pretty much the same as early evening. I'll post a link to the original colour version later - I don't want to be accused of flooding the Gallery

Very wonderful image... i get a sense of loneliness from it.

I love how the lines in the sky draw you out to sea.
